Our area stretches from east Marbella (Elviria) to Estepona, via the Golden Mile, Puerto Banús and Nueva Andalucía. We are there in person for every arrival and departure.

Our story and our team

– 2004: our property business begins in Paris, today run by FWF INVEST (sales and management).
– 2023: we open our agency in Puerto Banús, Marbella.
– Two founding partners: Fabrice WALD, chartered property valuer (Chambre des Experts Immobiliers de France), and Frédéric FLUCHAIRE, interior fit-out specialist.
– A multilingual team: we speak French, English, Spanish, Russian and Polish.
– Our area: from east Marbella (Elviria) to Estepona, via Puerto Banús and Nueva Andalucía.
