After a visit and a free valuation of your property, we prepare it for letting: licence, photos, listing, smart lock and inventory. We then publish it on the platforms and for direct booking, and manage every stay, from booking to cleaning. You follow bookings and income in your online account.

How much does holiday rental management cost in Marbella?

Our fees are calculated on rent collected: from 20% + VAT for holiday rentals and 10% + VAT for long-term rentals. There are no set-up fees or subscriptions, and the contract can be ended with 3 months' notice.

Go to the “Our properties” tab, select the property you like, choose your dates and click “Book”. You will be guided step by step until your booking is confirmed.

Check-in is usually done in person with one of our hosts, who shows you the property, how it works, the residence and the surroundings.

If you arrive late, a host will welcome you by appointment.

A full check-in with photos is carried out on arrival to ensure complete transparency.

If there is a problem during your stay, simply contact our team using the details provided. We act quickly through our network of hosts and contractors to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Accepted Answer

• Changes are possible if we are informed well in advance and subject to the property being available on the new dates.

• Prepaid payments are non-refundable.

• 50% of the amount is due at the time of booking.

• The balance is due 7 days before arrival.

We recommend checking your dates carefully before confirming or taking out suitable travel insurance.
